For a former co-worker at The Moody Church in Chicago IL, that God mercifully heal her from lymph node cancer and fluid drainage. She is undergoing 6 months of weekly chemo treatments at this time. Also, she developed a blood clot in her jugular vein which is being dissolved with meds. Her name is Neelu, a wonderful sister in Christ. Thank you!

Requesting prayer for my sons and myself. I am seeking full-time employment after layoff. My family has been feeling down. Negative things seem to keep happening to us. Just when we get our footing something unforeseen occurs. People seem to be working against us in nefarious ways. We are asking for God’s strength and wisdom to bring us peace, freedom from worrying as we turn our problems over to God, financial stability, health, and grace & rest from the calamities of life.

Hundreds of people were praying for Eddie Horstley across multiple churches and families, and the best of all scenarios happened, praise God!!
He is out of the 4-hr long heart surgery now and is in recovery. Then, he will be in the ICU for 24-48 hrs. and then 3-4 days in a cardiac step-down unit to adjust meds before he is released.
Only one stent was placed, and they medicated the other coronary artery. The surgery was able to be done w/o intubation using twilight sleep.

Pray for my dad (75) who had cyclospora over a month ago and hasn’t fully recovered. He is dehydrated and in the hospital. Pray for a full recovery and return home.

Had my heart cath procedure, stage 2 hf, whatever that means, doctors are trying to figure out why shortness of breath is worse and extremely tired.

Update on my daughter-in-law’s father Eddie’s heath status: Eddie’s kidney function was deemed too low this morning to go forward with the triple-bypass surgery that was planned today. The doctors may need to operate on two other areas at the same time. One is his aorta. The doctors are hoping if they can improve Eddie’s kidney function over the next few days that that might be able to go forward with the operation by the end of this week.
